I need to find out how to change the name under Registered to: in the System Properties field. I run XP2.?

I have a dell computer that has XP2 on it and that was an after market install. When the person put the name for whom the computer was to be registered to he got cute and put a not so nice name in it and I don't know if I can change it on my computer now... any help with this question would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again to anyone with a solution.I need to find out how to change the name under Registered to: in the System Properties field. I run XP2.?
Click on Start\Run and type in regedit. Go through the tree to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE

\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion. Click on the + signs to the left of the keys to advance down the tree. In the right hand part of the screen you can see where it says Registered Owner. Double click on Registered Owner and it will bring up a box that says Edit String. In the bottom change the name to anything you want and click OK. WARNING: If you have never worked in the registry before, you must know that anything you do wrong in there can have serious consequences on your PC and your mental state of mind. If you really want to screw up your computer, this is where you do it. However, if you follow the steps and leave when you are done you should be fine.
