How do i change ';REGISTERED USER'; NAME on my computer?

Please help i have been at it for hours, when you click start and control panel and then click system, under general it says registered user. i just bought the computer from my big brother and i want to change it to my name. how do i do this? Please and Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!!!How do i change ';REGISTERED USER'; NAME on my computer?
go to control panel-user accounts



then, click the account you wish to change the name



after clicking it, click the change my name link, change it and that's it :)How do i change ';REGISTERED USER'; NAME on my computer?

You have to change this by editing the registry.



Do a Start, Run, type in REGEDIT and hit enter.



Do a search on you brothers name, and change it to your own. Then reboot and it will be all set.
