How much would it be to change and register an out-of-state title?

So i have a 2007 ZX6R (motorcycle) that i'm looking at buying but i dont know how much it is to transfer the title and get plates for it.

Bike has no plates currently!

In CA plates are $18 and transfer is $15

USE TAX is 6-8% of the purchase price depending on county sales tax. cycle needs to be physically inspected at DMV or AAA Auto CLub. turn in out of state title and registration.

You walk away with a registration in your name. Keep it in your glove compartment....if you had one.

BTW, the AAA doesn't do off road motorcycles. Just street legal ones.How much would it be to change and register an out-of-state title?
