How to change vista registered user name?

I bought laptop that was a floor model. I have created my own account and deleted the store's user account. mine is the only user account.

the store's user name keeps showing up in the automatic forms etc. when i start installing my software. this is a hassle

im afraid that some of my software may get registered to the store. how do I change the registered user name in windows vista?????How to change vista registered user name?
