The first you should do is a complete virus and spyware scan as most likely you have fallen victim to a keylogger. you'll want to remove this before continuing.



Then you need to call billing and have the email changed to an email account you have control of. They will only deal with emails from the registered email address. You'll also want to request a password change.



They most likely will freeze the account until you regain control of it, this is normal though. Most likely they will request proof that the account is yours and will give you instructions on how to do this. Not having the key code does not necessarily mean you wont regain control.



It is a lengthy process overall and could easily take over a month to play out. Be patient and respectful as you go thru the process. They will ignore emails that are full of swearing and threats.
