Is it possible to change the registered owner of a computer? I received this refubished thing from a society?

tha accepts old ones from corporations, then gives them to the disabled. The problem is that the creep who brought it over also told the manager how to get past my password (PC LOCK). She is using my computer whenever I go out. I have seen cookies and other traces that reveal she is running a business from my apartment. Of course, this does involve illegal entry and having a good snoop around, too. Would getting a new hard drive solve the problem? Trouble is, the machine only has 64 KB RAM. Is it worth trying to upgrade it or what should I do? Isn't there just some clever way that I could change the registered owner to my own name?Is it possible to change the registered owner of a computer? I received this refubished thing from a society?
