I ask this because I have an 07 Corolla that I'm still making payments. My uncle wants to take over payments, but doesn't want to change the contract. Can the DMV register him on the car? Currently it's in my dad's name and mine.In the State of California, how many people can be registered on a car?
The people who are on the title need to be on the regiatration, but I dont see them having any issues, but you need to contact DMV.
