How do I change the name that appears on my file locations on a new computer?

I bought this computer from someone and her name is on all of the files I save. For example, the location of all my files are all similar to this C:\documents and setting\HER NAME\my doucments....or pictures or whatever.



I was able to change the name of the registered user from hers to mine. But on all of my word documents and stuff it says the author is her name.How do I change the name that appears on my file locations on a new computer?
You need to change some entries in the registry.

You'll need to create another user on the computer to change the name in the directory path you mentioned.
