Is there anyway to change the user names in documents and settings?

i was wondering if there is anyway i can change my user name in documents and settings i just got a new pc and i was able to change who the pc is registered to but when i open c drive and click douments and settings it still says registered user instead of my name is there anyway to change this i tried to rename it but it isnt letting me how can i get it to change thanks for any help.Is there anyway to change the user names in documents and settings?
You could try going into Control Panel, User Accounts, and change the administrator's name. Or, Control Panel, System, Computer Name.
