Is there anyway to change the regestered to on a computer?

I have windows xp version 3 and wondering how if i can change who the computer is registered toIs there anyway to change the regestered to on a computer?

Please specify that you want to change it on the net or on the computer. If you want to change it, on the net, I don't know what options do you have on the net and if you want to change it on the computer then you have to format your computer and then reinstall it with a different name.
Right click on My computer select properties and on computer name tab select change and change the name.
