When i send an e-mail, how do i set up what i want to show as ';sender';??

When i regiestered....i was in a hurry and just put initials. NOW I want my name to show up as ';sender'; to the recipient. I went to options and changed my registered name but it keeps showing the original initials. My login shows the name i changed it to so i know i did that part right.When i send an e-mail, how do i set up what i want to show as ';sender';??
Go to options in yahoo mail, if that's what you're using, then click ';Mail'; to the left. From the lists on the right, click the one that says ';General Preferences';. Where it says ';From name'; type in what name you want to be seen as sender. Then scroll down and click ';Save';. That should do it.
