you have to call tmobile so they can change it for you.
ok, go to menu, then settings, then either network status or system info. press Menu then shift then X and it should say do you want to erase flash settings do that then do menu shift R. turn off the phone, put in yiour sim card, and it should work. if not, call customer service, because they should tell you something similar if i messed this up
